- The doctor or facility representative acknowledges that all data, certificates, and medical practice licenses uploaded to the platform are accurate and valid.
- If the platform discovers any impersonation or forgery of licenses, we reserve the right to terminate the account immediately and take legal action in cooperation with the competent authorities in Yemen.
- The doctor bears full responsibility for the scientific content they publish in the platform's medical blog.
3. Visitor & Patient Accounts
The platform offers doctors searching and appointment booking services for free to patients. Visitors must adhere to booking etiquette and avoid making fake appointments. The platform reserves the right to block any phone number or account that abuses the booking system.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid subscriptions (for Professional and VIP plans for doctors and companies) are non-refundable once the features are activated, unless there is a technical fault on our end preventing the use of the service. The platform reserves the right to modify plan prices in the future, with prior notice to subscribers.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, code, and trademarks on the site are the exclusive property of "Yemen Doctors Directory". Published scientific articles remain attributed to their authoring doctors, granting the platform an open license to display and share them across its channels.
